With his 'comma' logic, Rwandan genocide in the latter 20th century would be an ellipse, World War II would be a long dash, and the American Civil War would be a small period. Or maybe the Rwandan genocide would be a smudge, WWII two exclimation points, and the Civil War a swish. (Feel free to submit your own examples.)
Excusing the metaphors, this is only one dumb comment coming from a president that has entire book series written about his misspeaking and a word used to refer to such sayings, 'Bushisms'.
