Wasn't there a scifi movie based on the same premise--that Nazi Germany won the war?
Hmm... I don't know, but it is highly possible. The "What if...?"s of history are fascinating to look at; like 'What if Jesus had never existed?' or even 'What if King Henry VIII had not tried to divorce Catherine?', etc.
